MD Contracting and Farming Ltd was established in July 2016 by Mark Drew. The company evolved from 18 years of experience as a sole trader, providing professional agricultural services and agricultural contracting solutions across Cambridgeshire, East Anglia and the surrounding counties.

Initially specialising in the supply of hay and straw, the business expanded its agricultural contracting services to include farm work, council contracts, hedge cutting, vegetation management and drainage board projects. As demand grew, further investment in specialist machinery, including excavators and groundworks equipment, enabled the company to undertake a wider range of agricultural, land management and civil engineering projects.
